4. Condition of the Merchandise: Returned merchandise must be in its original, unopened condition, with all seals and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product has been opened, used, damaged, or is not in its original condition.
5. Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged during transit), we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or any other reason not caused by OhMyMints.com, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited back to the original payment method.
7. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired item.
